About Stan’s Sports Center
A Local Resource for Generations
Stan’s started as a small Hoboken sporting goods store serving local schools, leagues, and families. Over the years, that neighborhood store grew into a full-service sporting goods and team operation serving schools, businesses, municipalities, teams, and organizations across New Jersey and beyond.
Generations of families have grown up with Stan’s — from Little League gloves and first uniforms to varsity jackets and team apparel. The business has changed and grown tremendously since 1946, but the relationships behind it haven’t. We’re still built around the same things: knowing our customers, understanding what they need, and making sure they’re ready when it’s time to play.
A Name That’s Lasted Because It’s Earned
Hands-On Production
The work isn’t outsourced; it’s handled, checked, and shipped by people who take pride in their work. That consistency has made Stan’s a go-to partner for schools, leagues, and businesses that expect their branding to look sharp every single time.
Still Family-Run. Still Doing It Right.
Today, Stan’s operates from our Boonton headquarters, where our sales, production, warehouse, and customer service teams work together to serve customers throughout New Jersey and beyond. Our Hoboken storefront will always be an important part of our history and the foundation upon which Stan’s was built, while our Boonton operation represents what that small neighborhood sporting goods store has grown to become.
Together, our team carries forward what has kept Stan’s going for generations: hard work, consistency, strong relationships, and loyalty to the people and communities we serve.
